Who are we?

Geoff Biddall - Founder of MintMind

I have a proven track record in improving children’s academic outcomes, boosting test scores and providing engaging learning experiences. I have taught children from Year 1 through to Year 9.

I am most passionate in building confidence and resilience in children so that they can continue to improve independently. I understand that most children want to be able to solve their problems by themselves and I’m committed to supporting them and their families.

In 2008, I earned a degree in Business Management and, after serving for seven years in Wiltshire Police, I changed career to become a Primary School Teacher. I have a PGCE from the University of Gloucestershire and have held Qualified Teacher Status since 2017. I hold A-levels in Biology, Psychology and Economics.

  • Testimonials - July 2023

Geoff was my Daughter's teacher for two years and tutored her after leaving Primary school.

Geoff has a natural ability to tune in to my Daughter's challenges with Maths and English. He is able to explain in a way that helps her to understand how to arrive at the answer.

Geoff is patient, calm and friendly. He has also given my Daughter pastoral support, when she has struggled with emotional situations.

I thoroughly recommend his qualities and skills as a tutor.
